Desmond was most helpful! This was my first stop on my first time buying a car and he took the time answer all my questions both about the cars and the process. He followed up with me after the visit without being pushy.

I recently purchased a 2021 CRV from Germain and worked with Jeff Williams. I received excellent service from Mr. Williams who was extremely professional and put all of my interest and needs first. He made the car buying process which can be nerve racking and stressful, simple and smooth for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda!

My vehicle showing 30 percent so I brought for oil change AFTER oil change also it is showing 30 percent. WHY? I have to go again to adjust?

So had an issue with not only my visit, my co worker as well. It seems as if we both had the same person unfortunately (cant verify) was told I needed front and rear brakes on my car with less than 50,000 miles. I told them no, took it elsewhere and was advised I still had pad left. Same exact thing happened to my co worker but her CR-V was said to need brakes and a tire rod!!!! She took it for a second opinion and it wasnt bad. Very unpleasant. Over-all experience wasnt good. Will not be returning
