Had another great experience at Germain Honda in Ann Arbor last week. Nick Sneed was his usual awesome self; he took care of everything, including a new key fob, quickly and efficiently. They even sent me a video of my car with technician showing me what my car looked like from underneath. I’m always confident I’ll get good service at Germain. Nick has been there a while, and he really knows his stuff!
