I purchased a new 2026 Honda Pilot from another Honda dealership because the 2026 models were not yet available at this location, and the selling dealer is far from my home. I therefore scheduled service at this local Honda dealer for convenience — which should be normal since factory warranty service can be performed at any authorized Honda dealership. The only Honda dealership in Ann Arbor area. I bought my car here years ago. It was okay. Time to times they have promotions for oil change with reasonable price. But about their multi-point check, they basically did nothing other than give you a all-green sheet. My car got into issues after the check. I highly doubt they did nothing. However that's for free with the oil change. So I won't complain too much about it.
