Michael took very good care of my car. He was very attentive, informed me thoroughly about the issues with my car, he listened to my questions, and took the time to explain in detail. The service was very efficient and quick. In general, it was an excellent experience, I would totally recommend Germain Honda, Ann Arbor!

The Germain Honda Service Department has been communicative, thorough, and efficient. I would like to see oil change prices reduce. Otherwise, they have shown to put their value for customers ahead of their value for profit--this is the best way businesses can both serve and keep their customers.

This was the best car purchase experience I have had in nearly 40 years of buying cars. Since Germain's sales team is not commission based, they are able to truly put the customer's best interest at heart. First, Mario T. (sales) and Chris S. A bit disappointed with my experience. First I was told I was picking up a basque red CR-V. A day was arranged and when I arrived it was a copper color not what I was told. Secondly, not having enough time to inspect due to work, there is some scratches in the front left corner near headlight. Looked like someone tried to cover up with paint. The power was out when I dropped off my car but I was able to leave my car with no fuss. Got a call when the car had been looked at. There was no pressure to "fix everything" that was found. Very happy with my service visit.
