Came in looking at vehicles for our grandson. We were very disappointed to see the lack of mask compliance in the store. Multiple people sitting around without masks up. We left.

Mario was very helpfully. He made our appointment smooth,even though he was very busy at the time. We had a couple issues with the payoff and monthly payment but the finance manager made it all work out.Love the car so far thanks Germain Honda.

Have a great experience buying a new Ridgeline at this Honda dealer. Transparent buying process. Knowledgeable sales staff. Good service, reasonable prices, and upfront with their customers. Dean seems like he genuinely cares about people. The process went smoothly. I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything and I felt like I got the vehicle for a fair price. I did weeks of research before I went into Germain and made the purchase.

Honda was serviced for a B1 regular maintenance. Nick provided professional, efficient explanation about what would be done. Very friendly, courteous and remembered my husband from previous service appointments.

Service was excellent and done in a timely manner. Service agent was nice and gave me great insight on what to do for next time. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is given it a wash afterwards like some Honda dealerships do.
