My expierence at Gerald’s was absolutely phenomenal. Michael Gately was super helpful and knowledgeable. He sent pictures to ensure that my desired vehicle was on the lot and made the whole process fun and easy. Total BADA$$ car salesman! 10/10

Been a Gerald customer since the 90's - some of those folks are still with the Gerald family of dealerships, I like that. As usual, work done was quick & accurate (alignment), but the inspection found a leak in the power-steering. Service suggested a pump/hose replacement, problem was an O-ring. Do your homework (as with all service suggestions) The other problem found (bad CV joint) is totally correct.They haven't lost me, but left a bad taste from the experience.

However, I spoke to the technician and let him know we should give a range of possible repairs in situations like this, it could be an o-ring or it could be more in depth. I have to say that yesterday was the best experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle and yes I have bought a few over the years. We purchased a 2018 Crosstrek. From the time the inquiry process started till the final signature to close of the deal I am my family were treated as equals just not a sale or commission as I have been by other dealers in the past. I can only PRAY the owner of this dealership catches wind of this. In fact, I WILL write a letter. Today I was sent a text from salesman Mike about a 2014 Subaru. I have his number and will gladly share. We texted and I also called him, him saying he was about to call ME.
