We dropped our car off because another mechanic told us to get the head gasket checked on the engine. Kevin called to tell us that the radiator needed replaced. After inquiring about the gasket/engine diagnostic, he basically said I needed to replace the radiator before he checked that in detail. We were willing to accept that and go get a 2nd opinion. Really disappointed with most recent service experience. Asked for oil change, tire rotation, check tire pressure, 27 point inspection and to check for intermittent engine noise. Twice. Once when I made the appointment and once when I arrived. Period. When I got the bill, I was charged for an in cabin air filter and labor. Never asked for it, never agreed to it. For my trouble, I was offered a free car wash card which I should have returned since I'll be getting my maintenance done someplace else. I can't afford to have this... read more

Bait and switch. Online coupon for the works $39.99. Ended up paying close to $80 for oil change. Not going back there.

Lost my key and remote on one service - took a month to get a replacement and now they want to do the same work as 13 months ago with an added part and charge me for the full repair plus the extra part again. Very unfair service.
