Close down and stop ripping people off.
Every hop on bus we took, I repeat every, had an obscured front window (caused by wear, scratches but especially time/chemical degradation of the perspex)on the top deck . This is best described as being in a sight seeing bus where one cannot see ANY sights! I can go on but I have made my point.
Had a ticket for the hour and a half night tour. I loved this tour years ago and wanted the person I went with this time to experience it, it has gone down hill since then I guess. It was actually only an hour even though the ticket said hour and a half. Didn’t see half the sites advertised for this tour. Recorded tour guide instead of a person and we would hear the same recordings multiple times or when at the wrong stops. We opted for the Super New York pass for 3 days which was meant to include entry to the Empire State Building. It clearly advertised this on the website when we booked and on the printed tickets we collected from the office. However when we arrived at the Empire State Building we were told our tickets were void. We had to call the customer service line and were told that this was no longer included as part of the tour and hadn't been since December.
