AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!. Paid for tickets and never made it onto a bus the entire day. Lines over an hour at each stop and they just kept selling tickets. Ended up popping onto a nearly empty city bus for a great ride down 5th Avenue. Still mad at myself for not trusting my gut and going with Big Bus tours who had plenty of free buses.
Worst customer service and office ‘protocol’

Do not use this line unless you are desperate and willing to wait for ever for buses that may show up late, or never. We bought the 72 hour pass in Manhattan and used it a fair amount on the first day. Some buses had very interesting tour guides, while others just relied on the recorded message which kept telling you to tip your drivers because apparently driving a bus is a very challenging task in NY. The tour guide we had was RACIST. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely not recommended! Have booked tickets in time and just before use found that a holiday on the day of use takes place and therefore no buses! No refund or similar! Absoulut ridiculous! I would advise anyone to book such a bad business !!! Bad organization, bad communication and bad customer service !!!
