In NYC for Christmas. Long waits for buses. Open tops despite the cold. Worst of all - returning to hotel at end of the day there was a stop about a half block from hotel. They skipped stops including Times Square and Rockefeller center. They simply ended the route near their station and told guests to get off. It was cold dark and had to walk almost 15 blocks back to hotel with my 2 small grand children. Will not recommend them and certainly would not use them again�
Love to hop on and up off
We booked a helicopter tour through grayline online before our trip. Amazing a must do while in New York :) we also did a night time bus tour which we bought tickets at the visitor centre, this was fab the tour guide really new his stuff, hopefully we'll be back soon x
