We had a few tour guides that literally just gave you the usual info but a couple were amazing. One on the uptown tour, Jonathan and his driver Manny were amazing. Gave us so much information and told us the best places to go to for food too which he was spot on about especially for cheesecake!! You need to drop onto the best tour guide!!
I have never been so mistreated in my entire life! I am so disappointed on the availability of the buses and of the treatment of some tour guides and some bus drivers... My overall assessment is NEVER buy tickets from this company! There are other available in NY!
