Just got on the gray line night tour. Happen to be sitting behind the live tour guide!!! Rudely Instructed that we can not even talk!!! Really disappointed!! I said sir you are rude and could have asked us nicely to not talk. He told me NY people are rude and to get used to it lady!! Seriously! So sad that this has been part of my trip!
The comments in French are really bad !! Please, hire someone who does speak French !!!
DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! Absolutely appalled by the experience I have had with Gray Line tours paid for a 48 hour tour only to be told that they are only running for one day as the next day is a bank holiday! On the day we actually went on the tour we waited 1 hour for the bus at the stop and then the bus proceeded to break down and we were stranded for 2 hours so we didn’t manage to see ANY SIGHTS. Trying to get a refund and the only solution is a USD cheque which is no good because we are British citizens ... read more
RecommendedTrip DC1 (Washington) is a well prepared day trip. Very enjoyable. Our tour guide Jonathan was a joy to have. Definitely recommend we saw all the landmarks. Had rest breaks. Jonathan gave us a lot of information about American history. Brilliant day.
False promises regarding refunds. Took my tickets back, promised to call back regarding refund, they never did.

***Scammers and liars - BEWARE**** Do not use this company If you want to see New York!!! Bought tickets for uptown downtown, and stop off by ferry to see the Statue of Liberty. No such thing - it wasn’t included in the ticket price - couldn’t get any help or answers from any of the staff! No reply from the company
RIP OFF! DON’T BUY. Bought 9 tickets with Ferry to Statue of Liberty and stopover included only to find out at Ferry terminal that was not true! All African guys working for the company, including ones from Cameroon that sold us the tickets. None of the crew would help or provide any answers. It’s hard to justify wasting time resolving this while touring NY for 2 days. Bus had no AC in the lower cabin in 85 deg heat! #greylinetourripoff
