Bought a two day ticket. On the second day, Dec 31 @ 10 am, got on, went 14 blocks & they told us to get off because they were closed the rest of the day. Also, the tour guide on the first day had a filthy mouth. Would not recommend for families!
Absolute disgrace paid 200usd to see Empire State and were meant to be fastracked no such thing!!!! Rep had the nerve to ask for a tip. Tip “do not use this company” complete rip off!!!!!
The guides are more interested in tips than anything. but here is a copy of my letter to the company. A bit long but worth it. I wish to advise you of two issues we had on your buses on November 26th . There were two of us. This was the” New All Around Town 24 Tour”. I have our receipts if you wish to review them. After picking up our tickets we thought this guy was trying to help tourists ..all he was doing was trying to flog Wyndham time share resorts .even to our Australia Gold Coast ...they don’t take no for an answer ..either grays or Wyndham must own one or the other to allow such terrible practices to go on in a ticket office ..wont be using them ever again anywhere we revel ...
