I (unfortunately) told to a Gray Line worker that I was interested in buying the bus tour. He gave me the brochure but I was in the hurry so I he followed me for 100m trying to convince me to buy a ticket. He was very very rude and at the end he even wanted the brochure back. I wanted to buy a ticket with Gray Line but I didn't and I bought by another bus tour company. I DON'T RECOMMEND GRAY LINE.
Scammers and worst customer service avoid at all cost. They scam you into their boat tour and when you want a refund they say there is nothing they can do for you. Do not take their "hop on hop off" cruise and DO NOT BUY from their scammer street sellers
They sale tickets been in line for over an hour and have not seen a bus. Crazy !!!
be careful Empire State Building is not included even though it is said on website and brochures!!!
Pésima experiencia engaño total , no tienen buses, no pasa cada 30 minutos , sucio , se compra para ver la ciudad pero nos tocó abajo porq siempre están llenos Para vender hablan en todos los idiomas para resolver son unos groseros como si fuera reglado La peor plata invertida no lo hagan y menos con esta empresa
Tickets sellers are no short of thieves, literally! No professionalism or customer service whatsoever, they're extremely rude once you've bought the ticket. They overbook way beyond the capacity, with a waiting time of 60-90 mins., every single time. Moreover, they do not communicate the timing when they say 24 hours. You'll end up spending more time on the queue than on the bus. These are a bunch of goons trained to behave the same way. Must avoidable and better to try luck with other service providers.
Stood in a line of approx 800 people waiting for a night tour. Being told half an hour for next bus but we’re about 15 buses away - took our money but no sign of a bus, let alone the 10 min needed !!! Terrible communication and service - BIG BUS COMPANY look way better!
