i waited over an hour for a bus to turn up to pick us up from the 9/11 memorial and had to get a taxi which cost a further $30 on top of an already paid out $150......i definitely wont be recommending this company to any friends!!
Bus was late to stops, when it did show up wouldn't take passengers. Said he had to go back. Made everyone get off at a stop on one occasion and said bus was out of service. Total waste of time. Other buses seem to have no issues as I saw them at there stops while waiting for ours. Finally gave up and hit the subway.
While these buses COULD, allow you to see so much of uptown and downtown Manhattan, it would be so much better if you were able actually get on the bus and they were not almost always full. At separate stops in the city (Uptown and Downtown) multiple buses went past full. Not worth the money it cost for a family of four. Very unfortunate and disappointed.
Choose a different bus line in NYC. This company claims satisfaction guaranteed but that is not true. We had a bad experience due to poor logistics during the busy holidays and we were left waiting for a bus for over 45 mins and when it arrived it was too full to take more passengers. Customer service will not help the situation at all although they claim customer satisfaction is guaranteed. I would not purchase from this company.
LONG wait times for pick ups maybe worth it if you're not on a day trip
