PESIMO SERVICIO ENVIE MUCHOS CORREOS A MI CASI ME PEGA UN CHOFER PESIMO SERVICIO EN TODO SENTIDO
Had to transfer to 4 different buses! Two dropped us off and we had to walk to next bus stop in 90+ weather. Only 1 bus had air that worked properly. Two buses' speaker systems didnt work, so no tour guide info. Two drivers were rude and impatient. Route map they give you isnt correct. When I asked salesperson about an updated map, he said that the incorrect one was the only one they had. Do not use this company! You will be sorry!
An absolute rip off. Wait endlessly for a bus. There are clearly not enough around as there are constant of your competitors. With less in your fleet, busses are crowded and we didn’t even get to go on top to fully see the city. Waste of time and money.
Nous avons pris des tickets pour faire le tour en bus et prendre le ferry pour visiter la statue de la liberté mais malheureusement le matin nous n’avons pas pu accéder à Battery park à cause de la parade en l’honneur de l’équipe de football féminine, nous avons donc décidé d’y retourner l’après-midi mais alors que nous allions à l’embarcadère la personne en charge nous a informé qu’il n’y avait plus de bateau, il était 15h50. we were all kicked off the bus because a road was closed. never given any other option
We’ve been in NY for 2 days and both days had long delays to our schedule due to bus maintenance. They have a dozen guys on every corner trying to sell tix but apparently no one to keep the buses running every day. Also we had 2 times where we were at the front of a line to get on the bus and a new bus pulled up - so the gray line guys let the people at the back of the line get on the 2nd bus first. Control the lines! First in line means first on the bus! Not using these guys again. Completely disorganized.
RecommendedAllan France was a great tour guide! Highly recommend him. Would have liked him to be our guide on all loops of our tours.
Not clean. Don't know whats going on. I went with Big bus tours and way better.
