I liked everything. I had no problem with anything, you and your co-worker were both very nice and good at what you do. I honestly was surprised, I had a very bad experience with my last dentist, whom was very rude and rough. One thing I can mention however, you should have a large model tooth made out of plaster or whatever to use as a model. That way, your patients can point out where they feel pain or in my case show where there is tooth decay or a rough surface, or to describe something else specific. As well as you can ... read more

I was under the impression from my original location in Coon Rapids that we were going to this appointment to get two teeth pulled. It was an hour drive to this location and an hour and a half drive home. Instead of getting two teeth pulled they filled three cavities, "to make sure my daughter was comfortable with this dentist." I had her prepared that she was getting the teeth pulled, and all they did was the fillings. He told her that she was getting the injections and she wasn't happy with that. Very good and quick service, all the staff was very friendly. One note, I grind my teeth at night and needed a new night guard. I was referred to a head and neck pain type clinic that wanted to charge me $1,200 to make a new night guard, which is totally overpriced and not covered by my insurance, so I ended up going to another general dentist to get the new night guard made. Although I will be back, having a patient going to another dentist for this simple service may have adverse consequences for Gentle Dentistry as the pa... read more
