I think your office takes a very aggressive approach for collecting payment before services are done and after. It just comes across not too friendly
My hygenist was great. She made me feel very comfortable. I was disappointed that no action was taken to start correcting the problem I came in for instead of just cleaning my teeth. I don't want to have to keep coming back a bunch of times. I'm more than willing to sit in the chair for 2 or more hours to get things done. If I knew nothing would be done on my first visit I would have chose a another dentist. On Monday I'm having a tooth pulled but also need like 3 cavities repaired.
