I am sensitive to the tarter remover device. In the past I have found that when the ultrasonic is used I am not bothered as much and can tolerate the time that is needed afterwards with the tarter pick better. If it is possible, I would dread coming to 'the dentist' far less if it was possible to use this.

The lady who was cleaning my teeth was very rough and was tearing apart my mouth and it really hurt
The people here are always very friendly and very good at explaining things both at the front desk and during cleaning ans exams.
My family of 6 goes here and the staff and dentists are very nice and my kids love to go there for their check ups ! :)

Prior to my recent visit on 7/3/14, on my first visit, I had a procedure to restore both upper front teeth (chipped). I noticed that an area behind the left front tooth was not quite smoothed down and I could feel the roughness and protrusion with my tongue. I planned to get it taken care of on this last visit, which turned out to be a misunderstanding with the dental hygienist who proceeded to repair the wrong tooth.
