I think your charges are too expensive and the pressure to pay at time of service is excessive. I would prefer to receive my EOB for my carrier so I know that the amount I owe is correct. Your in house estimates have been wrong a few times.

The dental hygienist was amazing with my 5 yr old daughter. It was her first visit to the dentist and she was nervous but the hygienist and dentist were excellent with her and made her more comfortable and now she can't wait to go back!
Ryan is always such a joy to see, she is very sweet. Lynn is my favorite hygienist, she inspires me to take care of my teeth and gums!..I've skipped visits in the past due to unfriendly staff, I appreciate all Gentle Dentistry's patience. You guys Rock!

I wouldn't change a thing, the doctor was great and so was the gal who cleaned my teeth and the office gals were also very helpful and friendly!!
