The hygienist did a very poor job at cleaning my teeth, I know he is new , but I am not sure I would go back. The last hygienist was great, what happened. He never even flossed my teeth after or during cleaning. He told me the Dentist only needed to see me once a year when I asked why the Dentist didn't check my teeth. Very disappointed .

I was told I needed one tooth extracted and also needed a small filling. I was escorted to the front desk to set up an appointment. I was given 2 separate appointments & I asked if both procedures could be done in one appointment & was told no. Appointments were set up for Thursday (17th) @ 10:30 am for extraction & Monday (21st) @ 9:30 am for the filling. I was given an appointment card with this information. When Dentist arrived I thought he was talking to his assistant, as he never introduced himself, never made eye contact and never looked in my mouth. He did hand me my partial & asked how it fit. He then proceeded to talk again (not TO me) so I assumed he was talking to his assistant - something about how a lower denture is a 100 times worse than an upper. i made a appointment to have a filling done and when the doctor finally came in he told me well i cant fix this today there is only 10 min left of my work day so i would have to come back

I was only seen by 1 person at this visit. I am not sure if he was a hygienist or the dentist. I was not told if I have any cavities/possible crown needed.

Service was prompt-as always. The staff was polite, professional and easy to talk to about any questions or concerns. They patiently take the time to explain the procedure before starting it.
