Had a great experience at the dentist
Staff was wonderful! My hygienist let me know all the ins and outs of cleaning teeth when I asked out of my own curiosity, so it was very nice getting some more information when I wanted it in an awesome way!
Thank you for your help in giving, explaining, and organizing my dental care. Everything was clearly explained, plan and options were reviewed and my input was listened to and taken into the final plan.😄
Though I have been pleased in the past with how this dental office treated my children, my personal experience was terrible. I went in this summer, was told I had a couple SMALL cavities. It was not until I went in and the dentist was about to drill that anyone mentioned it might go bad and I'd have to come back. It went bad. I came back and someone mentioned that the first dentist should have put down a liner before the filling. Now, the second dentist said I might have to have a root canal. The staff and dentist at Gentle Dentistry in Edina were very friendly and courteous. The service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
Just the best crew from the dental hygienist to the dentist! Everyone is kind, friendly, fun and super competent!
The Dentist came in and said "Hi, people often say oh the dentist came in and left so quickly, and I say that the quicker the visit, this means you don't have any dental problems. I thought this was a rather odd thing to say to a person, but then realized quickly why he said this. He looked in my mouth at two of my teeth and said they were cracked and I needed crowns.
