They got my husband back right away and got a diagnosis within a hour. They have been very good to him with his stay there.
Definitely a little let down. I have had 3 children with Genesys 2011, 2012 and yesterday. First 2 were pretty good experiences. Yesterday I found out that the nursery has been shut down and the baby stays regardless if you need sleep. Someone must stay with you all night, no bed, comfy chair, or guest tray for them. Nurses on labor and delivery and mother and baby floor were all great. It was the hospital and their money saving tactics that had let me down :(
Best labor experience I've had! Just had my third baby in July, and the nurses that delivered my baby were so AMAZING!
Slow slow slow. Had a nurse and a patient telling each other to shut the hell up. Very un appropriate.
This is one of the worst hospitals in MI. I have had problems as a patient, family member, and even their own staff hates it. Beaumont should come in and show them how its done. Better yet they should change the staff and their whole system.
We've been here since 4:30 a.m. Took 4 hours to be seen by a doctor. Been waiting another hour for scripts and discharge. Looks like 50 nurses and one doctor. Who knows when we'll get out? I would NOT recommend this ER under ANY circumstances.
I had a wonderful experience at Genesys Hospital! Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly during my hip replacement stay--and the food was delicious! Thanks to everyone who helped me thru this painful procedure!
