Don't go this ER. 4 hour wait even if you are bleeding profusely. I will never be back. Disgraceful and lazy.
I went into the ER because I am severe anemic and I was having issues with my chest. A "nurse" sat there and gave me dirty looks all night, then decided to put my business out there to another nurse. She kept looking at me and I was about a second away from going off. She was rude and she isn't a nurse, she's a damn tech whatever. She also told on me when i asked the nurse to get the iv thats been in my arm for over 3 hours. I wasnt happy. The wait time was not as bad as it was before.
refused to treat 23 yr old landscaper with heat stroke: elevated BP, uncontrollable muscle spasms, pins & needles numbness, migraine, dehydration. said it's "just 1st degree sunburn, there's nothing we can do" yet discharge paperwork says to seek IMMEDIATE medical attention for ALL of the symptoms he presented with! talk about incompetent!!
Slow, Rude Staffing in registration, will never go there again for nothing! 12 hr waits in waiting room putting IV in pts for nothing just for them to get taken out because they waited 9 hours already... Horrible Hospital
I've been sitting here since eight pm with my wife waiting for a scan. Since 11pm ONE person has gone into triage ... ONE. They rolled what I can imagine is a drug addict or drunk into the visitor area who was yelling and cursing at the staff while children sat waiting. The staff however as I observed during my day at the ER was very friendly and helpful. Save yourself the trouble, if you can go ANYWHERE else go there. Total time spent was 8pm - 3:25am.
I am highly disappointed with your ER dept! I really think your process is very unprofessional and NOT Hippa compliant! My sister has deathly high BP levels for the last week! Been to you ER twice ( by her physican) in the last week with sob, swollen limbs, blood pressure o er 200!! This is not enough to consider her a priority! She has been sitting in your waiting ER room for 6 hours..... How do you justify this! I will make sure anyone I know will not make this same mistake!
The ER is terrible. Long waits, poor care. Is this hospital trying to see how many people they can kill? I lost my husband here in March. Now I'm here again with my daughter. We are only here because this is the only hospital her doctor is affiliated with. Something needs to be done. It is really sad when a hospital doesn't want to help you and nobody seems to care. If we stop using Genesys affiliated doctors, maybe the hospital might revamp their services. #GRAND BLANC HOSPITAL CRISIS
Been here for 5 hrs now and still haven't seen a doctor, I wouldn't recommend ever coming here, go to Hurley or McLaren, don't come here
