I'm in the hospital sick and they're having a charity event with concert that you can hear in your room and people walking around with alcoholic beverages in very nice dress clothes peeking in your room to look at the amenities!!!! I went there because I was sick not to be stared at by strangers so they would donate more money!!!!!

Currently been sitting in the ER over 3 hours and they keep saying they can't tell me how long it's going to be until I can be seen. Complete bullshit. This is NOT EMERGENCY CARE!

Very disappointed in this hospital, my grandmother went at 3:42pm on 3-14-16 for rectal bleeding. She is still in waiting area at 12am on 3-15-16, to you, you would think that would be top priority since this type of bleeding was not your normal issue. She is diabetic and has not ate since lunch. The ER needs to start letting people know of the wait time or at least get more doctors then just one.

4 hours just to get a room..... :-(. This hospital gives poor care and doesn't communicate w their patients.

Worst fkn hospital around, been there since 1pm and wife still waiting in lobby, rand into a friend and he's been there since 10 am and just now being seen, worthless piece of shit ppl that want a paycheck but don't want to work, after 8pm right , just a few more days to be seen

This place should be ashamed of themselves. People coming in ambulances waiting in the emergency waiting room for 9 hours! There are people here bleeding, passing out, in pain having to wait these awful hours! I have been in excurating pain and haven't been checked on or vitaled. Open rooms and doctors being sent home when people are out here waiting for 9 hours! This is inhumane!

Arrive at 5pm.....not taken back to a ER room until 3:30am. There will NOT be a next time .

This hospital is a joke. My primary care physician is affiliated with Genesys, so unfortunately I've had to come in a few times. But after today's experience, never again. I waited for over 3 hours in the waiting room, after being told I would be called back shortly because there was only one or two ahead of me. Finally, after 4:00 (arrived at noon) I get wheeled back. An hour and a half goes by...I walk out to the nurses station and tell them I am leaving and asked for my iv to be taken out. Justina, was my "attending" nurs... read more

When you go into emergency they don't share with patients that there will be over an 5 +hrs wait to be taken back to an room in emergency. Please inform patients coming in when they have this long of an wait. They take x-Ray, draw blood, take an ekg and they place a port in your arm and still set in pain in the waiting room over 4+ hrs. Genesys needs to improve on their patients care because it rate an -0 now. Very poor patient care.
