Just a fantastic Hospital, great nursing staff and top tier doctors who really do put the patient's first.
The staff accommodated all our many requests ant kept us informed every step of the way. I felt safe and well taken care of during one of the most important times of our lives.
We've been here 4 days with our 2 month old son. We've been so pleased with the attention and care given to our baby! Thank you to the lovely ladies in the Pediatric Unit--Sara, Michelle, Teresa, Laura, Patty, and everyone else who took such great care of our babe! It was a relief to feel so comfortable and confident in those tasked to help get our baby better! �

It is very rare that we ha e a bad experience with Genesys, and the occasions that we do it can always be excused by how incredibly busy they get. I think people need to be a little more patient with the staff and understand that they aren't the only people in need. It is almost guaranteed that at any given moment they are dealing with a situation that is worse than most people can imagine. As thin as they are stretched I feel they do their absolute best to provide adequate professional care and treatment to the public.
It's 2:20AM and my elderly mother-in-law has been in the waiting room for over 5 hours now. She was told to go to the ER by an after-hours clinic or go home, but she'd need to call an ambulance eventually, so it's not something minor. They gave her a wheel chair to try to sleep in.
Over 5 for nothing. They don't care... Sprained ankel was in and out Before someone with chest pains. NEVER will return. ...
Brother had few medical problems they sent him home in pain n he died 10 days after Christmas. So ya i even been misdignosed by this hospital so ya i hate them.
