Poor trained er staff . i went in for a back injury i could not even put pressure on my legs to even get into my car to go home i collaped in the treatment room and the doctor just stood there with a your fakeing look in his eyes for about 5-10 minutes. So never again will i return not even for a heart attack of gun shot wound
My daughter had to have an emergency surgery to remove her appendix she is 14 years old of course was very scared the nurses and the doctors made her feel very comfortable and safe and took the most unbelievable care of my daughter. Thank you to all the nurses and aides and doctors at Genesys Hospital on the Pediatric floor
Our doctor called us and told us that my husband had a MRSA infection in his leg and needed to be admitted. So we had to go to the ER as they don't offer direct admitting. We sat in the ER for 8 hours with people coughing, barfing, etc all around us. The ER was jammed at noon on a Thursday. Finally we were taken back and eventually got a room. Just wanted to say the staff was great. The doctors and nurses were top notch. The made my surgery comfortable.
Went into the ER for food poisoning we were there 7 1/2 hours never seen the doctor, soon as you get there they put an IV port in you so you can't leave yes they were busy but to have to wait 7 1/2 hours is not acceptable. I finally had them take my IV portout and left.
Just had my cesarean section on Friday, released yesterday! I had the best experience going through genesys. Every single nurse and doctor I came across during my stay were downright great! They were so good to my son Casimir and me, I didn't want to leave! � Thanks for making a painful situation such an amazing time! You all rocked! ��
The staff was excellent with my grandson! While he will be sore, he is being made to feel special
I luv them in the infusion clinic. Always so nice!
