Wasnt happy been to 2 drs and they cant tell me whats wrong so I went to the hospital and they were no help either and im sure i'll get a huge bill for nothing!
My son went to ER with symptoms of a blockage and he left with the same symptoms. After heart cath Cardio cleared him and no one dealt with his problems once he was cleared. ER sure didn't even help him with his pain. Not one doctor stepped up other than cardio. He is still in pain.
Had to go and the were good with me. 5 minutes and I was seen and then taken to a room. With in 20 minute I was taken to have my ct scan done. And then meds to help with pain.
How do I go about filing a complaint with Genesys ? My dad was discharged, he isn't able to keep any liquids down. The nurse falsified documents. She wrote in the chart that he finished his lunch ( liquid diet) which in fact he tried to drink half of his apple juice and puked. He is newly diabetic along with already having chronic pancreatitis. His pancreas is no longer functioning. He has to take insulin to bring his blood sugar down. For what I consider to be a newer hospital it's a crying shame the shape the place is in. Dirty floors, dirty walls, equipment broken. I was there for good hour before they bothered to look at my wound that required 8 stitches. Doctors were good, intelligent, caring young men. Made me laugh when I was in such terrible pain. The house was dirty but the Bosses of medicine took good care of my thumb that I sliced halfway thru. I did not care for lack in attention the check in staff cared to give.
