Genesis is a great hospital. Nurses are friendly and helpful.
The service was mediocre! But the wait time was way to long!
The nurses were not very helpful,I have always loved this hospital until this pass week.
Don't come here....go anywhere else but here...it used to be the premier hospital in the area but has gone way downhill....
The security guard are all assholes and treat you like shit and doctors treated me like I was a lier about the pain in my stomach
Worst hospital ever!!!! My 8 month old was bleeding out & after waiting for 3 hours to be seen, i was told it would be another 3 hours. Unreal!!!!
We are still sitting here waiting after 4 hours and 30 minutes with no end in sight. An employee actually told us it is always this bad. We will never ever be back. We do not blame the doctors nor nurses, this is a much biggest problem that only the high level administrators can address. Profits over pain is the name of the game at Genesys.
The people at genesys were so awesome they got me right in and were very helpful. Thanks Genesys I give them a 5 star
Well with the circumstances this weekend I have to say the staff on the second floor north loop made me feel better and were great especially the two girls outside of my moms room in 2106 thanks ladies you are awesome.
