Great post op care. The staff treated my mother wonderfully.
I knew I had a virus or some type of cold to where every time I sneeze I have a headache also leakage and pressure on the nose flim also I get hot and cold every 30 minutes I tried to fight it but it wasn't working so I went to them not bad on the waiting staff I also knew that I was going to have to wait because it was just to get seen for cold I asked the nurse if I can have a ID profen or a tile not they said sure after being there for 2 hours after my x-ray in bereavement treatment only got is a subscription to help my c... read more
I had foot surgery yesterday morning. From the moment I walked in to the moment I was wheeled out, I was treated very well. My needs were met before i could even ask. I was very impressed.
It was okay in the pre-op part where they get u ready for Surgery and I was in room 2148 . The second shift nurses were cool but the Third Shift nurses talk so loud they kept up awake. I even had my door closed and it sounded like they were right outside it They need to be considerate of people sleeping.

Surgical team was excellent. Doctor took time to sit down with family after and answer questions.
The wait time in er was not the best but I know sometimes that cannot be controlled. My biggest complaint is that I was stuck with another patient overnight who was yelling all night, moaning, calling her fiancé on speaker and screaming all hours of the night and her alarms went off every 5 minutes and I did not sleep a wink. My nurse tried a few times to ask her to keep it down but I feel like one of us could have been moved. My current roommate has 10 visitors and I'm praying it doesn't last all night. I arrived at your ER at 1:30 AM in the morning with severe side pain's. was taken in an hour later.back. Was seen by your ER doctor and Order ultrasound and a CT scan was taken back to room and waited until 3 am for results which your OB came in and told me that my ultrasound showed nothing that I had a small 1 cm cyst on my right ovary and that was not causing me my pain that she knew I was in pain but you have to wait to see what the CT scan said and left came back 45 minut...Continue Reading
