Went to Genesys labor and delivery after my doc told me to go and get checked out after decreased fetal movement . The staff was the nicest, most patient and informative staff I have ever worked with. They answered all of my questions (even the ones I didn’t think to ask) and went above and beyond to reassure me that my baby was doing great. Huge thank you to the labor and delivery staff!!
Our experience was terrible, the care I received was the worst and they made my condition far worse than it was when I came in. I ended up going to University of Michigan emergency room and they had me better in less than 24 hours. I would recommend making the drive, although Genesys’ location is convenient that’s about where the good ends with this hospital!
Kara, RN, and Bobbi, cna, in the pediatric department took such great care of my daughter when she had knee surgery. I’m so thankful for such caring people.
My husband has had 4 spinal surgeries here. I don't think we could ask for better care!
