I recently had surgery at Genesys and was so impressed with the entire staff. Everyone--the check-in person, the operating room, doctors, interns, volunteers, food prep people, and especially the nurses--were exceptional. I was shown great care and compassion. Even my room was immaculately clean. It was a surprisingly positive experience. A big thank you; I am so grateful to you all. Ascension--please take care of your staff; they are exceptional.
They have been wonderful to me here and helped me so much to get well! All the staff from Dr's down to housekeeping are the friendliest and most helpful people! can't thank you enough for all the care! God Bless you all!!!
faster service in er and better treatment for the elderly to start
Hire some staff, for starters. Teach your nurses about Hospital Psychosis in elderly. Buy more chair alarms. No reason I should have to wait on hold for 20 minutes and still not get to talk the the nurse. Then both nurses are on lunch when I get there.
Your ER was deplorable. IVe being changed in lobby full of sick people, vomit bags discarded in public trash receptacle, IV changed at sign in counter, 4 hrs in lobby with my pain level never once addressed. Was here Monday night for “possible” ectopic pregnancy. Was discharged. Told to come back if I’m bleeding more. Came back Thursday night with bleeding and in pain. So while I’m loosing my first pregnancy and possible ruptured Fallopian tube they are calling people ahead of me simply for having the flu. Absolutely ridiculous! 6 plus hours to just sit here and just wait for the internal bleeding to happen!?!
Nice people, busy on mondays but wait is reasonable. They listen to all my concerns and are taking good care of me! Cool food places and a neat gift shop too. Built in pharmacy to get your meds if you need them. Nice atmosphere, very homey/calm feel
Spent three days there after a motorcycle accident. I’ve never been treated so badly by unprofessional doctors in my 49 years on this earth. Go anywhere but this place.
This hospital has no clue what the hell they are doing!!!!
