RecommendedThe nurses, aides, and staff on the 4th floor (Covid) are absolute rock stars. My mom was there and had excellent care from many staff, but especially nurses Chad, CJ, Jessica, Jenece, Kim, Pam in ER; case managers Emily, Jennifer, and Michelle; and aides Jaime and others whose names I can’t remember. Thank God all of you were there when we couldn’t be.
I want to thank all the nurses and doctors that are working so hard at their own risk. All the support staff that have their backs. I have spent a month and a half in the hospital in the last 6 months and have never been treated so well. Thanks for the care and the love. Gary Plyler

DH was transported by ambulance Tuesday, 3/17/2020, to Ascension Genesys. He was held overnight for observation. Due to the COVID-19 situation, I was not allowed to enter the hospital. The Nurses were so kind and helpful in taking my phone calls and keeping me updated as to his condition. I can not properly express my appreciation.
I used to hold Ascension Genesys to a high regard, and after the last couple visits, that has changed. Before I continue with this review, let me start off by saying I am a medical assistant/nursing student/medical biller and coder, so I am well educated in the medical field. I have sent 3 letters and called several times and no one gets back with me. I had a horrible experience there so I guess patient satisfaction is not high on their list.
No! Rotten patient care! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. my new mantra...anywhere but Ascension-Genesys!
