had a migraine and thought i was having anathor heart attack didn't give me anything to help for 5 hours then after i complained i finally got service the ER nurses (hired Guns) lack in compassion
All of my babies were born here and I couldn’t have asked for better experiences. The doctors, nurses, and aides were all wonderful. And a HUGE special thanks to the angels (aka Nurses and NPs) of the Special Care Nursery for giving my preemies the most incredible start. We’ll be grateful to them every day for the rest of our lives.
Expect to have a huge hassle dealing with paperwork after getting anything done here! My actual experience (childbirth) there was great, good doctors and nurses. Since then I have had nothing but headaches dealing with the admin side. My daughters SSN was never applied for and the billing department can not seem to handle billing my insurance. I have called at least 4 times and every time I am told they will bill it, then it doesn't get billed. Now I get an email telling me my account it going to collections. So another phon... read more

Don't ever have depression or a history of depression and go to this hospital, you'll be transferred to a sister institution under the guise of a psych crisis despite never exhibiting such behavior, where the doctors at the sister institution determine there was no mental health emergency BUT you are in a critical condition because your hemoglobin and other levels have dropped so far after two, surgeries in six days at Genesys that you need a blood transfusion and should have never been transported to the sister institution ... read more
