Place has gone downhill so much since Ascension took over. Back in November 2019 my Wife was in an accident, and was brought into the ER via Ambulance, complaining of Chest Pain, Neck Pain and a Headache... while doing her intake, I was bombarded with Insurance questions by a Finance Employee instead of being able to listen to what the Dr/Nurse was saying about my wife... then we sat in the waiting room for HOURS... all while reminding them every 30 to 45 mins that my Wife was still complaining of a headache, neck and chest ... read more
I’m here now. Thought I was having a CVA. Taken through triage. My BP was quite elevated they did an ekg. A nurse attempted to get an IV to draw blood was was extremely unsuccessful. Instead of getting someone else or even a second attempt, I was wheeled back out into the waiting area, with a bunch of other patients. I’ve been sitting out here for around two hours. The nurses at the ER do not know how to care for mentally ill patients AT ALL. My boyfriend was up here losing his mind asking for me. They told him I could come up here, told me no and when I said he wanted me up here they told me yes after realizing I had talked to him. when I got here the nurse "Jess" and the manager showed me he was sleeping and would not allow me in to be with him. what they had done was sedate him which he told me himself. they sedated him instead of letting me be here to calm him down so they gave him... read more

HELL NO Worst hospital in the world. Doctor's don't listen to patient. They dismiss any pain and side effects and symptoms that you have. Paperwork gets lost or mix in other patient files. Doctors are rude. they send less than minute with the patient. You wait for hours before seeing doctor. One doctor told me I was faking my pain that I was in while I was lying on hospital bed crying. The doctor almost gave medicine that I am highly allergic luckily I ask doctor to double check the meds
The doctors, nurses, aides, and support staff on the second floor were diligent and compassionate in their care for my father. His spirits were lifted in his most scariest, loneliest moments. They kept him comfortable before and after his surgery. The doctors not only took the time to explain his surgeries to him, but also to his family. I was in Arizona and the doctors personally called me to keep me informed. When I arrived, they welcomed me and told me my dad was a gem of a patient. They did nothing to help my son pass his 39th kidney stone. This was only the 3 time he felt he needed some help. The doctor taunted him and said it was probably just a teeny tiny stone anyhow. Some 30 hours or so, after you brushed him off and sent him home, he passed a very large stone at home along with a clot of blood. Thanks for nothing Genesys. You didn't even give him fluids to try to help it pass. You don't deserve any praise for any reason. You're worthless.
As long as God allows me to remember, I will NEVER forget the TLC I received here. I only remember a few names and unique masks, but I am grateful I was blessed to be in good hands. To all the doctors, the caffeteria staff, and all the nurses including Gina, Pam, Neal, Erin, and the nurse with the black tennis shoes and jelly stain received from feeding me 😁... I thank YOU! You were kind, helpful and patient with me. And, after 28 days... I am happy to be ALIVE and HOME. Jamillah 🥰😷
