Very slow one in Waring area. Was told it was a slow night. Rude nures no answers at all . took 13 hours to get me up to a room. Did not receive any of my meds that I take Daly. Well never go back there.
The Ct cat scan was very rude and the financial ladies was very rude and took for ever not sure I would bring my dying dog there just saying hello you work for a hospital and deal with people every day so be nice FUCKTARD
Now if you go there by ambulance, you get treated right a way. They don't even check on you, if you are sitting in the ER WAITING to be seen. ** I will tell you all of a GREAT hospital! And that is in Ann Arbor, the Va hospital! They treat you the way ALL HOSPITALS, SHOULD treat the people. No joke!! I was there with my brother, and he was seen with in 15 or 20 min. Went in for outpatient surgery for a torn meniscus yesterday with Dr. Heming. It was the best hospital experience I've had. All the nurses, anesthesiologists, were great. Dr. Heming was awesome, and did a wonderful job of taking care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you Genesys!
The entire staff were right on top of things from start to finish! Started on time 8 a.m. I had the nuclear stress test procedure. Everything went REAL well!
They did EVERYTHING wrong. I went in for pain ,neck down and I cant walk from weakness and pain. They wrote back pain and weakness. Gave me pain meds and sent me home. They could care less why I cant walk or y I am in pain. I DO NOT recommend this hospital, to ANYONE!!

Without going into details of my illness/injury, my stay at Genesys was a pleasant one. The team of doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, housekeeping, and all the other sectors that looked in and/or cared for me were wonderful. Not once was I worried about the staff or care being provided.
