was greatful for the speedy service and friendly ,we were in and out in about 2 1/2 hrs THANKS
Seemingly took forever to colaborate with specialists and when questions asked they always said its the other specialties decision. Pain completely undermanaged. And seems it's nobodies problem but mine. Asked for social worker 3 days ago. Still none. Nurses with exception of a few are great. Assistance with hygiene non existent. When Bed bound its seemingly not avail. They come in and drop your hygiene products and leave.. overall doesnt compare to hurley or unfortunately even mclaren...
They were really great with my grand daughter. Even thou we were there for about 10hrs. But they where very very busy. I fully understand. Thank you for taking good care of my little Angel.
I am so grateful for the amazing staff at Genesys!! I had my first surgery today, and I was so incredibly nervous, crying & all but the staff at genesys was absolutely amazing. Stephanie in the pre-op room was absolutely phenomenal & Dr. Vance as amazing!! Thank you Genesys for the amazing help!!!
They knew that my 6 yr old had a broken finger and put it in a splint and sent him home. A few days later he was getting a fever so she went back and found out that where the bone was broken it was also cut which they did nothing for and now hes in the hospital getting intervinous anti biotics to get rid of the infection. While he was there they gave him some cereal and milk for breakfast and they were both out dated
I can't seem to change the rating but I only give it a 2 star. Food is terrible all the way around.
The nurse was so kind , and she was able to put my iv in in one poke, that hasn't happen in a long time ! And I am not all black and blue today either!
