My experience was good under circumstances. Anything I needed they got for me. Will be my hospital of chose.
Every time my grandson goes to this hospital is really surprising in the past three yrs this hospital still does not have any dye free medication or popsicles. This hospital needs to not be so archaic in their thinking and realize that every person is not the same and if you are a hospital about healing you need to cater to everyone those with allergies dye gluten etc. it's not fair when you go to the hospital you have to supply your own medication and food
Since when is it okay to charge a parent for having their newborn in a "nursery" when it was never offered, she stayed in my room with me the entire time and I was told,by a nurse, when I asked if they even had a nursery anymore that there is only a special needs nursery for premature babies and babies who need to be monitored more frequently. Sitting in the ER with my niece and they've got the A/C on!!! It's freezing in here and no one behind the desk cares!!! This is ridiculous that a patient has to sit in this freezing room!!! Surely the people working behind the desk must know how to call maintenance!!! I bet they'd figure it out if a waterline broke and water was going all over!!!
The staff that took care of me during my stay were FANTASTIC! They are the reason little kids say they want to be "Nurses" & "Doctors" when they grow up. I will be letting the correct people know exactly who helped me, and pray that they are rewarded for it. Thank You !!!
I was very pleased and impressed with the doctor and nursing staff. The time and attention they showed my grandson and the rest of the family was awesome! Thank you Genesys for making the overnight stay for a 4 year old as easy as possible.
Eveything went well. The timeing was also good. Moved right along with everything. Ended up in cardiac unit by the ER. They were great. The only bewildering thing was, when i checked out yesterday, my daughter picked me up. We checked out through the ER. She had a hard time finding a parking place, yet there was NO ONE in the Emergency Room. No patients. So who was parking in the ER parking lot.
I love the pediatric floor they are always so good with her and getting her IV going before she heads to infusion clinic for her RA. They always make sure she is comfortable as possible. I know my Allie can be very stubborn and they are so patient with her. Ty ty to you all I appreciate all you do !
Really nice and professional staff. Great place. My wife and my mother in law been there couple of times. No complaints.
