Well I almost died, they left me in a room bleeding to death I passed out before anyone would help me
BUSY BUSY BUSY ! Only figured out 1/3 of my issues
I was treated very well by very nice and professional people. Heather and Jim explained everything and was professional. It was a good experience.
Unfortunately it feels like a lot of the staff are annoyed when you ask for help. I realize that they have a lot of people but that is they're job that they have chosen.
Nice clean hospital. Staff An front desk were more then happy To help you to where ever you nedded to go An the coffee in the cafe was a 10👍😀
Well everyone was quiet friendly. The problem I had was that my appointment was at 1pm and my EMG didn't get finished until 3:30. Because the doctor was running over an hour behind. Other than that it was fine.
Got a room quickly...Staff were excellent..food was terrible!!! Did not clean room the entire time I was there..eww..all around decent stay 😊
Our daughter had surgery here! Great people!!! She ended up staying in the pediatric unit for 4 days following surgery due to dehydration and pain management. The nurses and doctors are wonderful!!!! Thank you so much to the pediatric unit, the nurses treated her like she was a princess. They also made 100% sure that we were ready to come home and knew all that we needed to know before releasing us. I couldn't be happier. Even the food service staff was wonderful and generous! My bf was taken in by ambulance after 4 hours and literally nothing other than an iv port put in, being done he ripped the iv out and walked out! I had to empty the urinal after he pee'd twice even the blood they took while putting in the iv was laying on the counter when we left. Genesys is a total waste
