If I could give you zero stars I would! You have some of the most inadequate employees I have ever come in contact with. Your hospital is beautiful, but you can wrap poo in any beautiful paper you want, it's still poo! I will never step foot in this hospital again. You misdiagnose and actually worsened my husbands situation. He left against your "advice". It was just another piece of advice that you shouldn't have given! Both times I was there for neck surgery back in 07 and 14 I have no complaints Dr. Avery Jackson did a wonderful job thank you!!

This Hospital is terrible. Over 5 hour wait in emergency. No Doctors!!! How can a hospital not have Doctors?! I will never walk in these doors again and wouldn't bring a DEAD ANIMAL HERE!!!!
Genesys is absoulty horrible. Their service is horrible!!!!!!! How can a hospital only have 2 CT Scans. We have been here for hours all you people do is dope people with meds and make them wait!!!!. Get your crap together!!! I will never come back here again!!!!
My experience at Genesys was absolutely the best care anyone could receive. I rarely had to ring for assistance, because they regularly checked in on me. The joint camp program for knee and hip replacement is so well organized. The food was good too. All employees were definitely professional. Nurses, nursing assistants, housekeeping, and the dietary staff. The doctors were in on a regular basis. I can't say anything negative other than my condition I was dealing with. Thank you Genesys Health Park and all of its employees.
I have had several experiences and they were great every time.
I love Genesys Healthpark. Always so professional and kind. I recommend to everyone.
