I was a patient for 17 days in October, 2014. I received wonderful care. The nurses were all pleasant. The hospital staff saved my life. They tried to keep me as comfirtable as possible. I would recommend Genesys to anyone. My doctor, Dale Hanson saw me daily and several other drs.saw me as well. All in all my stay was as comfortable as possible. Hats off to Genesys nurses!
Great staff and a caring team for out patient surgery
My 14 year old daughter had gallbladder surgery 2 months ago and the doctors were great and the nurses on the pediatric ward were awesome!! I appreciate all of them so much. They were so good to her!
Better than Hurley or McLaren hospital, Dr likes
The nurses aren't so nice. They don't want to do anything.
A 10 all the way around from docs to nurses PT custodian's food was so-so but every hospital is that wzy
They really took care of my mother. We couldn't be happier
I have had 6 surgeries in the last two years at Genesys. Each time the care I received was excellent! Everyone was very friendly, supportive, & made my time there extremely comfortable!
They do have a great staff there. They answered all our questions, showed us all the labs, Xrays and cat scan results when asked. Sometimes the ER is quite back logged but they do their best. A lot of people use the ER as a regular physicians office which causes back log but they treat everyone.
