Upon receiving care in the emergency room. My wife is on the mend. Thankful for that. Having said that, I am extreeeemly disappointed in your lack of record keeping and communication between satellite campuses and the doctors who work for you. We've had to give you the same information every time she gets checked/rechecked. Now we are receiving bills in the mail !!! For services that we already gave you the info for! Went there for my surgery and for a dislocated shoulder just recent gave me lots of pain meds and some norco 10s to take home staff was very nice and bedside manner was excellent although they were extremely busy
I just had another stay at the hospital with pneumonia and was in room 2097A . I want to thank all of the doctors and nurses and Aides for the great care I received . I had great nurses who took great care of me while I wasn't feeling very good ..... A special thanks to Nurses Jamie and Lori ....Thank you both. Rich

I've received two bills in the mail recent with the name of someone I do not know nor am affiliated with. I called before thanksgiving, was told my information would be reviewed and I'd get another call. I haven't received a call; only another bill. It would seem to me that they mixed up my sons paperwork with someone else's because I cannot even pronounce the name on this bill let alone know who they are. I just want it resolved and no one is helping!
If you do not take Certain Insurances! Then why don't you tell people upfront? You have all the information. A $12,000.00 bill for a CT scan is a bit much! Is this even possible?
Genesys,... :( Wow, went to one of your outpatient clinics today for a work physical. My urinalysis test revealed an irregularity. I asked for a copy to show to my PCP. I had no idea that business was so bad that you had to charge your clients $1 for a one-page copy of their test results? :( The library only charges 10 cents.
