Can't trust anyone to give me a valid membership. Has been messed up twice now and I can't even get someone to call me.
I love the variety of gym equipment at all the different gyms!! Genesis gyms are very high quality. Lots of classes and physical trainers available to help you at all times!
The location in Lee's Summit that they bought from 24 Hour Fitness is a decent location, but they've not yet upgraded it and have, really, put no effort into the facility or the staff. For all the promises of exciting, new things--they've not really done anything. They are, however, generally maintaining the equipment and they inherited a nice facility.
We drove past it a few days ago. facebook thought it was so important it wouldn't quit popping up on my screen. Now maybe it will stop asking me to write a review.
In all honesty I absolutely love this club. I signed up for personal training when getting the membership and was very sceptical at first but ended up loving it! My trainer Carsen, has been an amazing help on my life style change! The atmosphere in the gym from the music they play to the people around me has been fantastic. Best gym I've ever gone to hands down! �
Friendly staff! The gym is nice and clean. Great place to workout!!
Alot of these comments don't even depict our gym. Its a very safe place to attend crime can happen everywhere so we even have police monitor the parking lots. We actually care about our customers and their results. WE ARE NOT 24HR FITNESS even though it may appear that way but a mass renovation is coming soon.
