I started working for 24 hours fitness back in February of 2016 in hope of having a second home gym besides working out at home in my room/garage. Since Genesis took over I've slowly became a part of the team not knowing anything about them, but now I'm a fitness advisor and the title is just a title if you don't love what your doing. People do whatever they want, weights are everywhere, it's run by teenagers who don't care about maintaining or cleaning. The parking lot has empty booze bottles and trash all over. We've got 2 total squat racks in a giant facility. It's been Genesis forever, but it's 24 hour fitness on everything. Basketball court is in great need of repair. I just feel bad for people who pay the Genesis fees and weren't grandfathered in. We don't need 3 leg extension machines that suck or are broken. Also, if you have rules about sauna use... read more
It was very nice, roomy and clean, and the staff and people were very friendly.
Tried to join twice. First time no call back. Second time they missed appointment. Sat in lobby with no communication. Customer Service is lacking.
They shut down early on Christmas Eve, shut down Xmas day. I called on New Year's Day. There was no voice mail saying they were closed or their hours. It says always open on this page.
I have been a member there since 2010 when it was 24 Hour Fitness I love going haven't had any problems with them I like to continue to have no problems with them. I love getting a good cardio workout and then jumping in sauna to sweat it all out.�🖒
I enjoy the gym. But several machines are fairly dirty and disgusting. One in particular has some nasty sticky gunk that's been on the base under the seat for some time now. Bathrooms could be redone.
