Great gym same as 24 hour and Nothing has changed for the worse I've been going there for 8 years.
Love this place! The staff is always friendly. I love the upstairs downstairs layout.
cardio and circuit machines are outdated, locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, steam room are usually nasty. I only go here because they are open 24 hours and have a (ironically clean) lap pool. they often run out of paper supplies, soap an sanitizer so bring your own just in case!
I absolutely love this place, the staff if very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The kids area is great, I can drop my son off and go do my work out! The pools, are my favorite after my work outs! Looking for a fantastic gym? This place is it!
The staff if amazing! It's clean and had plenty of equipment. I love it here!
While there is a substantial amount of equipment there (weights, cardio machines, etc)---the gym is filthy, the tv's are not working (per an employee I spoke to yesteray the Direct TV bill went unpaid) and the class offerings have been dwindled down. Start listening to your paying patrons or it's safe to say your social media and reviews will soon speak for you!
