The pool has way too much chlorine, an unsafe and surely illegal level of bleach .This is not how you run a pool, this should be reported.
Awesome place to workout love it definitely recommend if you're looking to get your body in shape.
Management must blows. Been trying to cancel a membership for over 6 months. I moved outta state and they seam to just want to take your money and waist your time. Ive Called, faxed and even stoped in when i was back in town and filled out the paperwork with someone in there. Used to be a good gym when 24hr owed it. If you want to to go a good gym to down to woods chapel to total body fitness.
I enjoy the gym and staff! Everyone has been extremely helpful!
I enjoy this gym, at peak hours it can be crowded, but in general, plenty of free weights a d benches, plenty of cardio equipment, and not to far from were I live. So all in all, satisfied with my lil $44 a month membership.
Poor customers relations. Poor cleanliness. They want your money. Hahaha.
Our Son, his new wife, our Grandson and I love both Lee's Summit clubs. Now that we have 3 choices in Lee's Summit it's even better. The individual TVs on a lot of the treadmills at the West facility are great. The basketball court at the East facility is very nice. Thank you for being our gym of choice. God bless Genesis.
