Will the manager at this location told me it would only cost 30.00 a month and once i moved he would cancel my fee since I already knew I was moving. He said he would put a note in my contract but apparently now it’s not there. I would have never of signed up knowing i would be lied to have charged outrageous amounts. I have never felt more scammed. I can’t believe a company would flat out lie to people and not make it right.
Dishonest sales approach. My daughter was a student teacher from UCM who would only be in Lee’s Summit until the end of the semester. They promised her that she could end the service after the semester. Now they failed honor this commitment and are pursuing a brand new teacher for collections. Shame on them. I would be happy for them to resolve this in an honorable fashion.
Recommendedit has all the amenities, it's a big gym needed for serious fitness people. it has the saunas which is a must.
RecommendedThis was my first experience at Genesis and I did the turbo kick class. It was fabulous!
Flat out disgusting. Employees are so rude. Equipment is covered in rust. They have no immediate plans on replacing them. Wish I could back out of contract and spend my money where it’s deserved.
Both clubs need a scrub from the top down and update the equipment. The spin bikes have been the same since 24hr fitness owned it. Also the staff needs to get out and clean daily instead of playing on their phones
