I sent correspondence through their contact feature on the website and I'm being told by Seth tough luck because I don't have actual emails. That's a flaw in their feature that I don't get a copy of correspondence. Nothing but issues from DAY 1!!!!
Been here since it was 24 hour fitness. What can I say, they have always treated me right and always had someone who give advice. I got set up with a personal trainer to better myself and make investment with my health. Caleb was very helpful and got me set up with Cody as my personal trainer. They motivate and encourage and it shows they want the best for peoples health. I wouldn't go to another gym ever! The price is right with all they have to offer it's worth it. Horrible place.
ALSO very saddened to see the way that military personnel are treated when approaching issues with their membership & being deployed. Will stick with PF!
