Love the Group X trainers and the folks that join in the classes to make it fun!!
Been coming since before it was bought by Genesis and the lack of care to the equipment and even outside is poor. The parking lot is NEVER treated, it's been a solid sheet of ice for 2 days. Older people come there, what happens if they fell??? Very upsetting.
I recently went into the club to renew my annual membership. I was greeted by Cheyenne Tipton at the front desk. She was kind, courteous and professional. I found out that she is the Operation's Manager at the club. I was impressed with her customer service skills as we interacted. I've mailed a letter to the director of the club to say thank you for the professional staff at the front desk.
I love the group classes: Blast, Turbo Kick, Pi-yo, Zumba, Yoga, (Lifting) Power. The instructors are awesome.
Your place is terrible. Dirty as hell, never anything done with the parking lots or sidewalks for ice or snow. People there suck, not all but most that work there. Step it up like 50 notches
Worst customer service in the world. Employees aren’t trained properly. Even the manager is completely unwilling to attempt to resolve an issue. I joined this gym a long time ago when it was 24 hour fitness. I rejoined years later because I liked 24 hour fitness and was willing to give Genesis a chance. Would not do it again and will not ever be back to this gym. The gym itself is nice, although expensive, but the employees ruined it for me.
I love the instructors here!! They work with all levels of fitness and are very motivational. LaNika and Emily are my favorites!!
