Love this place !! Love classes they offer , many to choose from with great teachers�
Needs to update hammer strength machines and more power racks. Does have trx bands, kettlebells, heavy bag, undulating rope, so nice change up

Genesis Health is the biggest piece of shit company ever. I was told 2 months ago that they were cancelling my account. A month ago, I got charged 31 bucks (after it was supposedly canceled) so I called up and they filed a return to get me my money. I waited and waited and waited. After being fed up, I called them today and was told that my money is NOT going to be returned to me and that they still have not cancelled my account. I like the club, it offers a lot of equipment and the staff is always very friendly and nice. The trainers are nice people to talk to. I recommend the gym to anyone looking in the area!
Good classes, space and facility but very BAD costumer services , very bad management, more comercial and less effective work... I'm really disappointed with the service and cancelled my membership. Other detail: Also I didn't like how often it is being cleaned and supplies being refilled at night, when asked for the cleaning workers I saw the products to clean are bad quality, being some important part for the disease transmissions bc many people use the facilities.
