Sales staff were pleasant but asking price on car with 100,000 miles with no service history is a BIG stretch. I made an offer factoring in risk. They will have to learn when you sell a Mercedes bi-turbo there are discerning buyers. It's not realistic. Others might be more adventourous but there will certianly be suspension failure in the near future, carbon cleanin and their could be an engine issue.

I contacted the dealer on a Sunday and they reached out to me the same day. I visited the dealership on Monday and drove off in this same vehicle on that Tuesday. Awesome service.

Great
A good, no pressure sale. Inadvertently by stopping to look at a vehicle at Genesis then making the purchase,I found that they have some very good people working here. Specifically,we worked with Layne Dave and Chris. I feel that with every good deal there should be a little give-and-take, so everyone is happy. In the end we left, feeling happy with our purchase and supported by the dealership if you choose to make a purchase at Genesis, I have no doubt that you will feel the same way too.

Haven't been to this dealership yet, however they have contacted me numerous ti.e about inquires that I have had about a vehicle I am very interested in looking at/possibly buying. Very friendly and quite prompt at answering all the questions I've presented them with. Because as mentioned above I would rate this dealership with 5 stars as they are prompt and exceeding helpful.
